The gross income of each family member must be included in the homeowner’s total gross income.
Income from all wages, SSI, SSDI, food stamps, housing assistance, retirement, alimony, VA benefits, child support, etc must be included.
The guidelines are annual (to convert annual income to monthly, divide the total amount by 12).
Income guidelines are listed by family size.
Income qualifications are reviewed annually and are subject to change.
